In the name of God Amen I Anthony Williams of the town of Kidwelly in the County of Carmarthen gent. being sick in body but of sound & perfect mind memory and understanding do make & ordain this my last will & testament in writing in manner & form following first I commend my soul into the hands of almighty God my maker & redeemer and my body to be buried in Christian burial and as for my worldly goods I give and dispose of them in the following manner. Imprimis I will that all my debts be paid out of my personal estate so far ..... as the same shall amount unto. And if my personal estate fall short of answering the same, I will and my meaning is that all my real estate shall be subject and liable thereto, Item for the ...... aforesaid I give and bequeath all my personal estate to & between my nephew John Mansell and my nieces Anne and Margaret Mansell son and daughters of Charles Mansell of Kidwelly Alderman to be by them disposed of towards discharging my said debts, Item I give & devise unto my said nephew John Mansell all that my messuage and house now converted to a barn & stable with the garden orchard & pieces of ground thereunto adjoining and belonging scituate lying & being within the borough of Kidwelly in the said County of Carmarthen in a certain street there called Shoe Lane Street formerly in the occupation of one Thomas Hugh Evan together also with a small burgage lying near a field called Park y ......pen issa within the liberty of the said borough to have & to hold all and singular the said devised unto the said John Mansell his heirs & assigns forever, Item I give and devise the messuage & house that I now live in with the Malthouse & garden thereabouts belonging scituate lying and being within the said borough of Kidwelly in the said County of Carmarthen unto my said nieces Anne Mansell to have & to hold the same with the appurtenances unto the said Anne Mansell and Margaret Mansell their heirs & assigns forever. And in case either of my said nieces shall happen to die before the other of them without issue of her baby lawfully begotten then living, then my will & meaning is and I do hereby give the share proportion of such of them as shall die as aforesaid to the survivor of them my said nieces. Item I do Nominate Constitute & appoint my said nephew John Mansell & my nieces Anne and Margaret Mansell to be co-executor & executrixes of this my last will & testament to see that my debts be duly paid and to take & receive what debts are due unto me and to pay and discharge my funeral expenses. And I revoke & make void all other wills by me made. And declare this to be my last will & testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seal the second day of March in the year of our Lord God 1723.
